Petnat rosé


Varieties:  50% Garnatxa + 50% Pinot Noir

Elaboration: Gentle pressing to obtain the grape juice. Half fermentation at 14ºc  in our stainless steel tanks, at the end of the fermentation is  bottled, and finaly the fermentation into the bottle, at least 15 months of maturing on racks.


Colour:Pale pink colour. Fine bubbles, with some redfruit from Garnatxa grapes.


Aroma: floral flavores.

Palate:  It’s refreshing with citrus notes, a touch of red fruits that make it very pleasant and elegant.


Best served: 4ºc – 6ºc 

Alcohol: 11%
