Wine Description
Vinya Sota Bosc is an elegant and aromatic white wine that brings together two distinctive grape varieties: Muscat Frontignan and Gewürztraminer. Expressive, fresh and beautifully balanced, it combines tropical and citrus fruit notes with a delicate floral background. Its aromatic complexity and smooth texture make it a particularly enjoyable wine.
Winemaking
The grapes are harvested at night to preserve their freshness and aromas. Before pressing, they undergo cold maceration at 10 °C. Only the first 60% of the extracted juice is selected and fermented in stainless steel tanks at 14 °C for three weeks. This process is designed to preserve aromatic intensity and balance.
Tasting Notes
Appearance: pale yellow with green reflections.
Nose: intense and complex, with tropical fruit, citrus notes and delicate floral hints of rose.
Palate: smooth, fresh and pleasant, with well-balanced acidity.
Food Pairing
An excellent companion to shellfish, Mediterranean salads, light pasta dishes and fish.
