Wine Description
Camagroc is an expressive and elegant white wine made from Xarel·lo, one of the most emblematic grape varieties of the Penedès. Fresh, fruity and beautifully balanced, it combines the vibrant character of the grape with a smooth texture and a pleasant, lingering finish.
Winemaking
The grapes are harvested at night to preserve their freshness. Only the first 50% of the extracted juice is selected, followed by four hours of maceration at 12 °C. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at 14 °C for 15 days, preserving the wine's fruit expression and natural balance.
Tasting Notes
Appearance: pale yellow with apple-green reflections.
Nose: intense and fruity, with notes of green apple and banana.
Palate: smooth, intense and well structured, with good balance and a pleasant, lingering finish.
Food Pairing
An excellent match for shellfish, Mediterranean salads, light pasta dishes and fish.
