Made from 100% Xarel·lo, one of the most emblematic grape varieties of the Penedès, this cava is produced using the traditional method (Méthode Traditionnelle).
The second fermentation takes place naturally inside each bottle, followed by an exceptionally long period of ageing in contact with the yeasts.
