This year’s vintage wine is based on the best and
typical grapes (of the variety Xarel.lo)
from our vineyards “Mas Lluet” situated in the heart of Penedès region. This wine
will preserve all its fruity character and aromas during
the first two years of preservation, after which the wine
will start losing those characteristics and will become
more full-bodied.

Variety: 100 % Xarel·lo
Soft pressing to obtain 60% of the grape juice.
Static decanting during 24 hours at 12ºC.
Controlled fermentation: At 14ºC for 15 days in our stainless steel
tanks.
Colour: Pale yellow
with a reflection of greenish tones, typically
of the variety.
Aroma: Intense and fruity,
green apple and banana.
Palate: Smooth, intense
and structured, with an adequate acidity-alcohol
balance, but with enough fruit to leave a persistent
pleasing after taste.
Serving recommendation: We
highly recommend this wine to combine with appetizers,
meals based on shellfish, any type of Mediterranean
salad, pasta salad and fish.
Serve at 6 - 8ºC
